Welcome to With Grace. Through this site we hope to provide families experiencing the loss of a child with a small sliver of peace and hope. Nothing can prepare you for the tragedy that is child loss, but our vision is to leave families with a sense that they are not alone in their hurting.

After the birth of our daughter, Grace, we received a lot of small tokens from the hospital to help memorialize our baby. One of those things was a teddy bear. This bear was photographed with Grace and it is one of the only things we have of hers that she touched. This bear is well loved by every member of our home and, unfortunately, is already showing signs of wear.
Knowing how important these tokens can be, we wanted to provide families with a high quality stuffed animal that they can hold in their arms, take family pictures with, display in their home, or give to siblings of their baby. We affectionately call Grace our bunny babe. Born at the height of Michigan spring, we often felt like she visited us during her birthday month by sending bunnies our way. This provided us with the inspiration behind our first With Grace project.
During Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month (October) 2018 our goal was to raise money and donate JellyCat bunnies to local hospitals in honor of our daughter Grace. These bunnies will provide a source of comfort to loss families as they navigate through child loss. With the help of many generous family members, friends, and community members we were able to donate over 100 bunnies to our local hospital and care providers.
Our dream is to launch future projects that continue to serve the grieving community.
